Create and publish a rota
Use Rota Builder to plan one week at a time for a single location or your full workspace.
Choose the week and location
Open Rota Builder, use the week arrows, then select the location you are planning. Availability and approved leave are shown directly in the schedule.
Add or edit shifts
Select an open cell to create a shift. Choose the team member, start and finish time, role, location, and break details. Existing shifts can be selected to edit or remove them.
Review drafts
Draft shifts use a dashed outline. Check the summary for scheduled hours, people scheduled, and estimated labour cost. Resolve uncovered manager or supervisor requirements before publishing.
Publish the rota
Select Publish rota and confirm the week. Staff receive a notification and can see the published shifts in their account. The publish action stays disabled until the rota changes again.
