Understand how future CrewByte API, webhook, and integration documentation will be organised.
Developer platform overview
CrewByte developer documentation will cover authenticated APIs, event webhooks, integration patterns, and platform changelogs as these interfaces become available.
Documentation status
Developer features are released in stages. An endpoint is supported for production use only when its article includes authentication, request, response, error, and versioning details.
Planned documentation areas
- Authentication and access tokens
- Staff, locations, and roles
- Rotas, shifts, and availability
- Time clock events
- Leave and employment events
- Webhook delivery and retries
Do not build against an undocumented endpoint. Internal application routes can change without notice.
